Cornish Pirates have signed Exeter hooker Max Norey on a short-term loan.
The 26-year-old has returned to fitness after undergoing shoulder surgery at the end of last season.
He is set to feature in Pirates’ Champ game against Richmond on Saturday (14:30 GMT).
Norey has had a number of spells on loan at Pirates since first moving there on a season-long dual registration in 2022.
“This is a great opportunity for Max to log some important game minutes in a competitive Champ team as he continues his return,” Exeter director of rugby Rob Baxter told the club website.
“We’ve got a tough run of games coming up and a loan to Pirates gives us the chance to ensure as many of our squad as possible have played recently.
“I know Max will be raring to perform well for Pirates, so both us and them are excited to see how he goes.”
