Acid house producer Ray Keith and DJs La Rumba and Temple Collective are also on the line-up.
Festival director Alex Lane said: “This next wave continues to reflect the spirit of the festival – a space where discovery meets deep-rooted music culture.
“Whether you’re here to dance, chill with the family, or get inspired creatively, every set brings something to the table,” he added.
The idea of the festival is to let ticket buyers vote on everything from non-music programming to its design.
Attendees, artists and crew will be given access to an online platform where they can propose ideas and vote on others.
